Early care

Early care

Early intervention is the set of interventions aimed at the child population from 0 to 6 years of age, the family and the environment. The objective is to respond as soon as possible to the transitory and permanent needs of children with developmental disorders or at risk of suffering them. These interventions consider the globality of the child and are planned by a team of professionals with an interdisciplinary or transdisciplinary orientation.

The birth of a child always entails changes or modifications that affect the structure, functioning and relationships between family members. This new situation implies an adaptation and reorganization of the whole family dynamics. This process is more complicated for families of children with disabilities or at risk of suffering them. Therefore, Fundaneed saw the need to incorporate this service.

“Inclusion opens minds and unites people.”
