One of the main functions of our social worker is to establish mechanisms to provide individualized attention to people at risk of social exclusion who come to Fundaneed. Each user or family has different needs, so it is very important to give continuous attention to their situation, so that they can regain an autonomous and quality life.

Dealing with the user, active listening, non-verbal communication, creating humanized and trusting spaces, the search for common solutions between our social worker and our families, is essential to effectively exercise the profession.

The main functions and objectives within Fundaneed are:

• To guide, support and advise families.
• Assess, analyze and follow up on individual or group problems.
• To inform about benefits, access and use of existing health and social resources and their management when appropriate.
• Support in bureaucratic and administrative procedures that are necessary for the proper functioning of the Foundation.
• Elaborate and manage plans, programs or projects in accordance with the foundation.
